Steven J. Shore has spent decades helping healthcare organizations grow stronger and serve patients better. Throughout his career, Steven has earned a reputation for rolling up his sleeves, working alongside leadership teams, and guiding organizations through periods of change with steadiness and clarity. Steve has the ability to stay cool under pressure, think several steps ahead, and deliver results when the stakes are highest.
In addition to his direct work with boards, CEOs, and management teams, Steven frequently collaborates with other larger consulting firms, bringing operational and revenue cycle subject matter expertise, working in concert to support due diligence and performance improvement initiatives. He also serves private equity firms as a trusted Operating Partner, bringing a consultative approach that helps portfolio companies improve performance through leading-edge revenue cycle practices, stronger cultures of leadership, and data-driven decision making. His work has spanned specialty physician practices, private equity-backed groups, and large health systems across the country. With deep hands-on experience in both advising and leading organizations, Steven has helped providers improve financial outcomes, scale operations, and build lasting cultures of accountability.
Steven earned his MBA in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a BS in Health Planning and Administration from Pennsylvania State University. He is driven by the belief that when healthcare providers are financially strong, they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to the patients who depend on them.
Robert Roig is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations, payer relations, and strategic growth across behavioral health and specialty care sectors. Over the past two years, he has held key leadership roles with BayMark Health Services and Discovery Behavioral Health, both portfolio companies of Webster Equity Partners, where he focused on operational optimization, payer strategy, and scalable growth initiatives.
Before his work with Webster portfolio companies, Robert served as a senior consultant with Guidehouse Consulting (formerly Navigant), leading engagements in revenue cycle performance, payer-provider strategy, and M&A integration.
His earlier executive roles include Vice President of Corporate Contracting at IPC Healthcare (NASDAQ: IPCM) and Vice President of Managed Care and Physician Services at Vantage Oncology, where he negotiated national payer agreements and implemented systems that improved financial and operational performance.
Robert holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona.
